Woke up late because I had drawn the black out shades the night before and because Lily didn’t climb into my bed at 6am.

Mom dropped Lily off, got up and made breakfast, got back into bed, read and cuddled^ for a while, and then J. got up to watch football, and I helped Ben start his homework. Took a lunch break when the Papa John’s delivery arrived, Ben got 30 minutes break, and then back to homework. After he finished, I read a bit more, then got everything ready for the start of the school week, got them showered, dinnered, and in bed.

Made a yummy coconut-sugar scrub, which I proceeded to use immediately in the shower, worked on lists, and finished watching The Nightcrawler.

Things were a wee bit tense the past few days, but all for stupid things that are not important at the end of the day. I need to remember what is truly important to me and let the rest slide. Breathe.
